Madikeri View Cottage Tariff:

There are total 2 Madikeri View Cottages. Each Madikeri View Cottage has 2 Rooms. Each cottage can accommodate Maximum of 6 People. 

Rs 7200 ( + 12% GST ) / Per Cottage /Per Night Includes Breakfast / for 4 Adults.
Extra Adult Charge is Rs 1000/Per Adult/Per Night(Includes Extra Bed & Breakfast)

Maximum Occupancy in Cottage: 6 Adults in 1 Cottage

Madikeri View Annex Tariff:

Madikeri View Annex has 4 Separate Rooms with Independent Access.

Double Occupancy(2 Adults in 1 Room):

Double Occupancy:- Rs 3600 ( +12% GST ) / Per Room /Per Night Includes Breakfast.
Extra Adult Charge is Rs 1000/Per Adult/Per Night(Includes Extra Bed & Breakfast)

Maximum Occupancy in Rooms: 3 Adults in 1 Room.

Children Policy:

Complimentary for 2 Children below 5 years of age, in their parents' room.

Children 6 to 9 years will be charged Rs 750 per child/per night (Includes Extra Bed and Breakfast) * Payable directly during checkout.

Children 10 years and above will be charged as Adults.

Breakfast:

Breakfastis included in the Tariff.

Lunch, Dinner, Snacks*:

Lunch. Dinner & Snacks is served on-request*. MENU Card with different items is present in the room. Guests can order food after going through the menu.

Madikeri Town is a  10 minute drive from the estate. Many Veg and Non-Veg restaurants are located at Madikeri. If the guests want to have their Lunch and Dinner at Madikeri Town, then can do so.

Liquor Policy:

We do not stock any liquor. Guests can carry their own liquor. No extra charges for the same.

If the guests want to order liquor from Madikeri Town, then can pay the servers and they will arrange for the same to be delivered to the property.

* Any extra charges are due during check-out.

EXTRAS:.

Camp Fire:* can be arranged on-request at an extra cost of Rs 1000. Not available if it is raining.

Barbeque:* Barbeque can be arranged for the guests on prior request. Not available if it is raining.

Non Veg Barbeque - Rs 600/Per Person ( 3 Type of Chicken Items will be included )

Veg Barbeque -  Rs 450/Per Person ( 3 Type of Veg Items will be included)
